and Trailer Specialties was
established in 1973 in Dutton, Michigan by
Dan Bouwman and his father Cal. In 1987 the
company initiated the transition to a
municipality focused business, specializing
in snow and ice control equipment. Our
first snow and ice control equipment
customers were the City of Ludington and the
City of Ferrysberg and they are still our
customers today. In 1996 we opened our
Northern Michigan facility in Boyne Falls
under the experienced leadership of Butch
Cone. Today, Truck and Trailer
Specialties is the leading
distributor of snow and ice control
equipment in the state of Michigan.
